Long wait to see a specific doctor but have always been seen if a real emergency. Doctors are in the main polite, helpful and knowlegable with the exception of one who is well known among patients. Most staff will be as helpful as the job allows, sometimes there are human errors but that will occur in any practice, these are not frequent. Premises being decorated as we speak...about time! Toilets are outdated and not always clean.

Cannot get an appointment. Surgery is booked up for the next six weeks. Doctors are in general rude and unhelpful.

The Surgery staff are always very helpful and caring. Premisies need updating. sometime have to wait for a routine appointment, but you can always be seen on the day if it can't wait.
